Kiiskii comprises numerous dykes and dyke-like bodies of nepheline syenite which cut syenites of the Udarninsk pluton. The nepheline syenite usually has a gneissose structure and consists of nepheline (18-41%), orthoclase-perthite (32-60%), albite (2-20%), hastingsite and biotite (2-30%); sometimes aegirine-augite (5-9%) is present. The usual accessory minerals are titanite, apatite and Fe-Ti oxide minerals.
