The rocks of the Bargushatskii occurrence are located in the Bargushatskii mountain range and consist of a single 250x150 m mass as well as small lens-shaped and vein-like bodies, which occur in limestones that have been altered to skarns in a contact zone with leucocratic aplitic granites. The alkaline rocks including the smaller bodies, of which there are about 10, varying from 10-50 cm to 3-4 m across, comprise alkaline syenites, sviatonossite (andradite garnet-bearing syenite) and feldspathoidal rocks. The rock-forming minerals are microcline, albite, sodic plagioclase, quartz and aegirine. The accessory minerals include apatite, xenotime, magnetite, titanite, rutile, fluorite and anatase.

Age:
A K-Ar whole rock determination gave 35 Ma (Bagdasaryan, 1966).
